30-Day Return Policy

You have a 30-day window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, ensure that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is returned with all original tags and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
  • Return Method: By mail (a return label will be provided).
  • Return shipping cost is free.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fee.
  • Refund Processing Time: 5 business days.
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect (wrong item shipped),

Contact us immediately at info@sakshamgems.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item:

Return the existing item first (subject to acceptance).

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

You can place the replacement order within 3 days of delivey, and all the exchanged products will be delivered within 2-3 businessd days.


Order Changes

You can request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, orders can no longer be modified. Please verify your order before confirming your purchase.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement to ensure your order reaches you (provided the correct shipping address was used at checkout).

If a refund is preferred over a replacement, we will monitor the shipment for 30 days before issuing a refund.

Our customer service team will provide regular updates during this time.


Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 day (24 hours) of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
